Job summary

CloserStill Media in Dorking is seeking a detail-focused content coordinator to manage copy, coordinate multiple workflows, and liaise with advertisers and suppliers to meet deadlines.

You'll oversee magazine production, prep PDFs, manage print/digital publishing, and handle purchase orders while maintaining accurate records. This full-time role offers office-based work three days a week. Experience with Unit4, Excel, Word, and BlueToad is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful, accurate approach to checking content and proofs.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to chasing information, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Good administration skills and clear record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Content & Copy: create and maintain copy lists for emailers, web banners, newsletters, show news, supplier spotlights and advertisements.
• Manage Magazine Production: create and maintain advertising index; prepare PDFs and check page numbers against the flat plan.
• Oversee Print & Digital Publishing: liaise with printers, create print orders, upload magazines to platforms and check URL links.
• Manage Purchase Orders & Administration: raise requisitions in Unit4, provide PO numbers, and maintain accurate records.
