Inspired Thinking Group in Manchester is seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Production Coordinator to support cross-channel campaigns from briefing to final output. You will coordinate briefs, track progress, and keep systems up to date, collaborating with Client Services, Creative Studio, and Production teams.

The role suits someone organised, with strong communication and a proactive mindset, eager to develop within a fast-paced agency environment and contribute to efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a production, project coordination, or administrative role.
• Understanding of creative and production processes is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Campaign Production team from briefing through to completion.
• Translate client briefs into internal documentation for Creative Studio teams.
• Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate project timelines and flag risks to senior team members.
• Chair weekly resource meetings to plan upcoming pipeline jobs.
• Traffic briefs and assets between Client Services, Creative and Production.
• Manage job setup and updates in Storyteq and Monday.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting on project progress and performance.
