Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Knowledge of video workflows and photo production.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, independent and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when required.
• Eagerness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsabilités

• Log and track new projects, vendors and clients.
• Track revenue and costs.
• Support invoicing and billing enquiries for freelancers and crews.
• Assist with draft budgets, production schedules and workflows.
• Coordinate crewing and equipment resources, budgets and pricing.
• Monitor progress of shoots; ensure on schedule and meet specs.
• Edit stills and video, metadata entry.
• Perform quality control on fulfilled jobs.
• Upload content to portals.
• Update video crew and photographer databases.
• Send contracts to clients.
• Assist with inbound enquiries regarding AP Content Services products.
