Job summary

Digital Theatre+ is seeking a highly organised Content Operations Coordinator to join our Education team in the UK. The role focuses on maintaining platform content quality, licensing alignment, and editorial standards to support commercial priorities.

You will work closely with the Head of Secondary Education to ensure operational workflows run smoothly, driving efficiency and consistency across the platform while supporting accessibility initiatives and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a digital operations, content operations or editorial operations role.
• Experience managing content on a digital platform or CMS.
• Excellent editorial and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the DT+ platform and content library to support Education team's priorities.
• Manage publishing and unpublishing of content in Airtable and Contentful per licensing requirements.
• Maintain operational systems, workflows, templates, tools and schedules for platform maintenance.
• Assist licensing implementations by reflecting renewed terms on the platform and ensuring compliance.
• Carry out editorial and operational QA on platform updates and customer-facing materials.
• Handle inbound operational requests from commercial and customer-facing teams, escalating as needed.
• Support delivery of commercial priorities through platform updates and content changes.
• Coordinate accessibility roadmap tasks and QA as required.
