Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group in London is seeking a highly organised Content Operations Coordinator to support content delivery, asset management and workflow administration activities. You will work with Content Managers, Project Managers and supplier teams to ensure assets are accurately managed throughout their lifecycle and to support QA processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations, project coordination or marketing administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset & Content Administration: support collection, organisation and management of content assets; coordinate asset uploads; ensure assets are tagged and maintained; support publishing and governance.
• Workflow Coordination: track progress of content enrichment and asset deliveries; maintain project trackers and schedules; coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders; escalate delivery issues.
• Quality Assurance Support: assist QA checks across content, metadata and asset libraries; ensure naming conventions; assist publishing validation and post‑publication checks.
• Reporting & Operational Support: maintain reporting tools and dashboards; manage data sheets and content administration tasks; provide regular status updates to stakeholders; ensure accurate record keeping.
