Job summary

The National Theatre is seeking a Content Manager for the NT at Home platform. You will oversee day-to-day operations, upload and merchandise content, and monitor basic analytics to drive discovery and viewing.

You will also handle audience queries with a strong attention to detail and a focus on quality content presentation. This role supports the National Theatre Digital Team in delivering engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with streaming or VOD platforms or similar digital content operations.
• Ability to understand on-platform engagement drivers such as thumbnails, titles, and placement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the NT at Home platform and partner distributions.
• Upload content, merchandise assets, and ensure accurate metadata.
• Monitor basic analytics to drive discovery and viewing; respond to audience queries.
