Contact Centre Training Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: GBP45,000 + 20% Annual Bonus

Our fast-growing client is on the lookout for a Contact Centre Training Manager! This dynamic role offers you the freedom to design and deliver innovative training programs, boost skills for new and existing reps, and lead a cutting-edge Quality Assurance strategy. With potential offshore collaboration and a supportive team, you'll work alongside VPs, Team Leaders, and outsource providers to drive excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Create engaging training (product knowledge, call-handling, digital skills)
  • Lead workshops and coach reps to success
  • Create and manage induction training

You Are:
  • A contact centre manager with 2+ years' experience
  • A training & facilitation expert with a passion for people
  • Data-savvy, adaptable, and a problem-solver
  • Experienced with across Omnichannel environments
  • Bonus points for travel/loyalty experience

What you'll receive:
