About you:

Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for education and a talent for nurturing relationships? UniAdmissions seeks an exceptional Education Account Manager who combines academic insight with a profound dedication to student success. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers, proactive relationship builders, and committed team players, with a clear trajectory toward leadership roles such as Head of Customer Success.

About UniAdmissions:

UniAdmissions is not just the world’s premier Oxbridge Admissions company—it's a beacon of success in educational consultancy, with over 50% of our students securing placements at Oxford and Cambridge, triple the national average. With ambitious plans for 2025, including increasing our success rates to over 60%, we are poised for unprecedented growth. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of an educational revolution.

What you’ll be doing:

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Cultivate Exceptional Client Experiences: Initiate the journey for students and parents with a comprehensive, engaging onboarding process. You are the cornerstone of their educational adventure, guiding them with expertise and empathy.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience that aligns with their goals and expectations. Your efforts in nurturing these relationships will be crucial for recurring business and enduring success.
  • Drive Strategic Sales Initiatives: Work closely with our dedicated sales team to identify and implement effective strategies that enhance our service offerings and maximize revenue through thoughtful add-on services.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine client interaction strategies, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations and stay ahead of market trends.

The Skills & Experience you’ll need:

  • A minimum of three years in customer success or account management, ideally within the educational sector.
  • A proven record of managing high-net-worth clients and driving customer loyalty and sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the university application landscape.
  • Aligned with UniAdmissions’ core values and mission, driven to achieve excellence.
  • Skilled in meeting ambitious sales targets and KPIs, with a strategic approach to business challenges.
  • Oxford or Cambridge alumni preferred, but not mandatory, with a strong academic record.

Our Values

Joining UniAdmissions means:

  • Embracing Inspirational Teaching: You'll impact students' lives through empathetic guidance and deep educational insights, inspiring them to reach new heights.
  • Pursuing Excellence: Our commitment to excellence is seen in every facet of our work. We strive for the highest standards not just in what we deliver to our students but in how we support each other to achieve personal and professional growth.
  • Committing to Growth: Learning is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it's professional development, academic tutoring, or personal growth, we provide opportunities for our team and our students to continually expand their horizons.
  • Passion in Our Work: At UniAdmissions, passion drives us. We seek individuals who love what they do and find joy in making a significant impact on the future of education.
  • Deep Mentoring and Support: We provide a supportive environment where personalized mentoring helps both our staff and our students overcome challenges and succeed in their goals.

If these qualities don't resonate with you, UniAdmissions might not be the best fit. However, if you're excited by a challenge and eager to make a real impact in the educational sector, we would love to hear from you!

Why UniAdmissions?

This isn’t just about overseeing processes—it’s about leading a vision. At UniAdmissions, you’ll be part of a transformative setup that’s geared towards building long-term success, not short-term gains. You will create pathways that not only meet the immediate goals but also pave the way for sustainable growth and recognition in the education industry.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy an inspiring and positive work environment surrounded by talented, friendly, and passionate colleagues. Celebrate your success with us through quarterly company trips—think exhilarating days at Thorpe Park, relaxing company retreats, or a ski trip to the Alps! Benefit from mentoring by some of the brightest minds in the education space who are as dedicated to learning as you are. We support your professional development with dedicated protected study time, a monthly book club, paid study leave, and formal weekly training sessions.

If you are ready to make a significant impact on the educational landscape and grow with a leading organization, UniAdmissions is where you belong. Apply today and help shape the future of education!

Don't Apply If:

  • You want a 9 to 5: Great things are built when great people work hard on a common goal. Our team’s dedication goes beyond standard hours. We're looking for someone who is flexible and committed, ready to go the extra mile when our students and team need it most.
  • You Shy Away from Technology: As a forward-thinking company, we leverage technology to enhance our educational services and internal operations. Proficiency with digital tools and an enthusiasm for embracing new tech is crucial in our fast-paced environment.
  • You Lack Initiative: We value team members who are proactive, energetic, and driven to succeed. Our environment thrives on individuals who bring passion and dynamism to their roles, consistently seeking ways to improve and innovate.
