DNA Recruit is hiring for a top‑tier creative comms agency, looking for a sharp, highly organised Senior Account Director. This SAD role will be responsible for leading on major client work whilst guiding a talented team and helping to deliver culturally resonant, award‑winning campaigns. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 4–5 client accounts; owning delivery, quality control and day‑to‑day client relationships.
  • Provide confident, senior‑level counsel; offering solutions, spotting risks and steering clients through fast‑moving news and cultural moments.
  • Oversee shoots, events, influencer activity and integrated campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • Drive high standards across media relations, social content, influencer partnerships and reporting.
  • Manage team members with clarity and motivation, ensuring strong workflow, development and morale.
  • Handle budgets, fee structures, supplier contracts and financial admin with commercial precision.
  • Contribute to creative development, brainstorms, pitch support and growth opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Play a visible role in agency culture - sharing expertise, supporting training sessions and celebrating team wins.
Key Requirements
  • Solid experience operating at AD/SAD level within a busy PR, social or integrated agency.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail‑driven and able to juggle multiple workstreams with ease.
  • Strong client leader with the confidence to challenge thinking and offer well‑informed alternatives.
  • Skilled across earned media, influencer strategy and social content planning.
  • Hands‑on team leader who builds trust, motivates others and communicates clearly.
  • Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, scopes and resource planning.
  • Creative, solutions‑focused and calm under pressure.
