Job summary

Genuit Group, via its Nuaire brand, is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to promote XBC heat recovery units and related solutions within The East Midlands and Lincolnshire. You will build a network of consultant relationships and secure specifications, with territorial accountability and regular field activity.

The role is field-based, requires living within the territory, and offers a car allowance, pension and a 25-day holiday entitlement alongside a strong sales target focus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction, mechanical specification and contracting industry.
• Current, clean driving licence.
• Experience managing customer relationships in a sales or professional environment.
• Excellent negotiation & influencing skills.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills for administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic network of key consultants and build strong relationships with regular meetings.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and be accessible for customers and colleagues.
• Work with Contractor Representative to identify contractors and negotiate at order stage.
• Convert competitor specs and track projects, updating company records.
• Aim to exceed area sales targets and KPIs.
• Gain product/technical competence and present information to a wide audience.
• Maintain close relationships with internal teams and wider company areas.
• Report market conditions and competitor activity to the business.
• Support marketing to promote Nuaire ranges and maintain brand awareness.
• Maintain an up-to-date project log and provide regular updates.
