Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Construction Training Lead to drive the Trainee Site Manager Development Programme across Scotland. You’ll create hands-on learning, mentoring and placements to build capability for future site leaders.

Based in the UK, with regular travel to SP Energy Networks sites, you’ll shape learning content, track progress and partner with providers to ensure recognised qualifications are achieved.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supporting construction activities in safety-critical environments.
• Ability to translate technical information into engaging learning content.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or developing individuals in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Trainee Site Manager Development Programme.
• Create development plans with site placements, coaching and qualifications.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers to provide varied learning across projects.
