Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Technical Document Controller for the on-site Gatwick project. You will manage the engineering, project management and construction documentation flow to ensure compliance with company standards and QA checks.

Based at Gatwick with flexible remote elements, the role offers stability in a global automation company and opportunities to contribute to major infrastructure projects within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of document control on major construction projects.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Adobe MDL and other document tools.
• Familiar with major Document Management Systems.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep traceable archives.

Responsibilities

• Receives and issues documents per distribution matrix with QA checks.
• Ensures filenames, revisions and submissions are error-free before distribution.
• Maintains document control registers and file archiving traces.
• Allocates document numbers and tracks approved drawings and client instructions.
• Manages project documentation workflow and version control.
