Qualifications

• Experience in controlling and tracking technical documents on large construction projects.
• Knowledge of QA procedures and document control best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receives and issues documents under transmittal according to the distribution matrix.
• Ensures documents have correct filenames, revisions and submissions before distribution.
• Provides controlled copies of latest documents to staff, contractors and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintains the project document control register and files between project teams and external parties.
• Allocates document numbers and maintains comprehensive document archives with traceability.
• Manages version control and document workflows in alignment with project procedures.
• Supports QA activities and collaborates with the QA manager to ensure quality of documentation.
