You will also represent Autodesk through customer councils, executive engagements, and industry forums across diverse regional markets and regulatory environments.

We support hybrid working with no minimum office days, and you will report to the Director, Infrastructure Industry & Business Strategy.

  • Build relationships with customers and industry stakeholders through executive briefings, customer councils, industry events, working groups, and media engagements
  • Support strategic partnerships and contribute to M&A strategy and execution aligned with Building Engineering priorities

  • 10+ years of related experience across engineering and business roles, including strategy, technology, or consulting
  • Experience in business planning, strategic thinking, and contributing to industry perspectives

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to diverse audiences
  • Interest in technology and awareness of trends shaping Building Engineering
  • Recognized experience in MEP and/or Structural engineering, with the ability to work across both areas
  • Comfort navigating uncertainty while fostering alignment and shared understanding across teams
  • Thoughtful and forward‑looking mindset, identifying industry shifts and helping translate them into meaningful action
