Autodesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, EMEA Technical Advisory to lead its Consulting Delivery for the EMEA region. You will head a 100+ member team, drive regional growth, and ensure successful Autodesk solution adoption among the largest customers.

You will report to the VP of Technical Advisory and shape regional delivery and strategic direction. You will engage executives, cocreate strategic plans, and align with Sales and Enterprise Customer Group leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in leading customer-facing organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget allocation and resource optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to deliver superior customer experiences and long-term relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead Consulting Delivery for Autodesk’s largest customers in EMEA.
• Develop regional strategic plans and capacity plans for local teams.
• Be accountable for regional revenue and bookings targets (> $50M revenue, >$80M bookings).
• Engage with senior customer executives to demonstrate thought leadership and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery and optimal customer experience.
• Coach teams to connect work to business outcomes and growth opportunities.
• Attract, hire, and retain an elite group of consultants and drive career development.
• Lead change initiatives to improve service delivery efficiency and surface growth opportunities.
