Job summary

Equans Data Centers seeks a Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice to join our High Wycombe project team. The 36-month Level 4 apprenticeship will provide hands-on training with site operations, safety, and quality control alongside engineers.

The role offers paid apprenticeship training, access to professional qualifications, and a broad learning program within Equans' diverse networks and support schemes.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including Mathematics, English and a Science or equivalent or relevant experience.
• Driving licence preferred due to location of study and work.
• Apprenticeship pathway with Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor training.

Responsibilities

• Assist site supervisors with day-to-day site operations.
• Monitor and support on-site works to maintain safety and quality.
• Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor activities; support reporting and documentation.
