James Newbury Appointments are seeking a Sales Executive in Dunstable to promote and sell their specialist products to clients across the UK. The role focuses on building relationships, understanding client needs, and meeting sales targets within a busy construction sector environment.

The position requires construction industry experience, strong communication, and a proactive sales approach, with a driving license preferred for client visits across SE England and London on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Manage new and current service sales and accounts
• Manage the renewal of service contracts
• Find and develop new business opportunities
• Demonstration of our product and service
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product.
