Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Construction Sector in the South East of England. The role covers BN, ME, RH, TN postcodes and requires commuting weekly to Portsmouth. You will manage existing high-level accounts and secure new business with builders, contractors and developers.

Ideal candidates have field/territory sales experience in construction products, a full UK driving license, and strong interpersonal skills to drive revenue growth and regional targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in field/territory sales within merchanting or construction products.
• Must have full UK driving license and live near West Sussex for commuting to Portsmouth.
• Proven ability to build relationships with contractors and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing high-level customer accounts.
• Develop relationships with contractors, builders, developers and key decision makers.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities across the region.
• Follow up quotations and project enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear next actions.
• Work with Projects Team and Internal Sales Team to progress opportunities.
