Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in construction or similar.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email, and face-to-face.
• Process orders accurately and provide competitive quotations.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Proactively contact prospective customers and re-engage with inactive accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Work with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure orders and deliveries run smoothly.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
