Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a confident, highly organised Sales Administrator to join a fast-growing construction industry client on a long‑term basis.

You will support sales activity, nurture existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities, while working closely with the Field Sales Team and maintaining accurate CRM records to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in an office-based role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales administration.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Gathering information on customer requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activity.
• Working closely with the Field Sales Team to support customer visits and sales activity.
• Managing and updating customer information, quotes and sales activity using the CRM system.
• Supporting the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and general sales administration.
