Orion Electrotech are a leading recruitment partner near Aylesbury, specialising in engineering and construction sectors. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our construction division and win new business accounts.

You will be responsible for acquiring clients, capturing job specs, coordinating interviews and offers, and expanding our footprint through proactive outreach and regular client meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and delivering the right solution for clients
• Experience driving KPI targets and hitting sales metrics
• Background in business development within recruitment, preferably construction/engineering
• Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant or in a business development role

Responsibilities

• Acquire new client accounts in construction recruitment
• Take detailed job specifications from clients
• Manage expectations of clients and candidates
• Arrange interviews and manage offers
• Expand Orion's reach and maximise business opportunities
• Attend regular on-site client meetings
