Job summary

Orion Electrotech are seeking a Delivery Consultant to support our Engineering & Manufacturing division, based near Reading. You will handle client briefs, source suitable candidates, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews and offers.

• Taking detailed job specifications from your client or the sales team

• Management of both clients and candidates’ expectations
• Arrangement of interviews
• Job Offer management
• Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised
• Attendance of regular on-site client meetings
