Job summary

Bovis Construction are seeking a Project Manager to run the new office building construction and to manage the Site Protection Zone. The role provides leadership across design, project, site teams, commercial and supply chain, ensuring delivery within safety and environmental policies.

You will develop strategy, plan and schedule, manage risks, liaise with Design Manager and consultants, and lead the construction delivery team to meet client expectations and uphold Bovis' standards.

Qualifications

• Chartership CIOB or equivalent professional qualification.
• Relevant professional construction qualifications.
• Experience delivering construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple supply chains and consultants.
