• Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
• Planning and scheduling deliveries throughout the day.
• Uploading orders and maintaining accurate information on internal systems.
• Coordinating between customers, drivers, production and internal teams.
• Monitoring workloads and responding to schedule changes.
• Ensuring vehicles and deliveries are utilised efficiently.
• Communicating confidently with drivers and customers.
• Resolving day-to-day delivery and scheduling issues.
• Keeping customers informed and providing a high level of service.
• Working with batching and production to keep operations running smoothly.
