Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group Limitted is recruiting for a Transport Planner / Dispatch Coordinator to join a busy West London operation. The role sits at the centre of the process, handling customer orders, planning deliveries and coordinating with drivers and internal teams to ensure the right products reach the right place on time.

Full training on company systems is provided. The position offers Monday–Friday hours, with occasional Saturday cover and an hourly rate for Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators who can deal with customers, drivers and operations.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and able to take initiative without being told what to do.
• IT literate and comfortable learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Plan and schedule deliveries throughout the working day.
• Upload orders and maintain accurate information on internal systems.
• Coordinate between customers, drivers, production and internal teams.
• Monitor workloads and adapt schedules as priorities change.
• Resolve day-to-day delivery and scheduling issues.
• Keep customers informed and provide a high level of service.
• Collaborate with batching and production teams to keep operations efficient.
