Andrews Recruitment Group Limitted is seeking a Transport Planner / Dispatch Coordinator in Uxbridge. You will sit at the centre of a busy operation, taking customer orders, planning deliveries, coordinating with drivers and internal teams to ensure products reach the right place at the right time.

Experience in construction materials or logistics is helpful, but we will consider strong transferable experience. Full training on our systems and processes is provided to help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator capable of handling customers, drivers and internal teams.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operation.
• Proactive approach with strong planning and scheduling skills.
• IT literate and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Plan and schedule deliveries throughout the day.
• Upload orders and maintain accurate information on internal systems.
• Coordinate between customers, drivers, production and internal teams.
• Monitor workloads and respond to changes in schedules or priorities.
• Resolve day-to-day delivery and scheduling issues.
• Keep customers informed with a high level of service.
• Work with batching and production teams to keep operations efficient.
