Qualifications

• Degree, HND or Equivalent.
• Strong previous experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in setting out large scale contracts.
• Valid driving licence.
• SMSTS training.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will have a wide and varied remit making full use of their experience and skills.
• Ensure all site activities are undertaken in compliance with SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Induct and ensure RAMS are in place for all personnel and subcontractors.
• Supervise and monitor direct site labour and manage sub-contractors.
• Coordinate sub-contract packages and ensure works meet Contract Drawings and specifications.
• Produce RAMS for directly employed labour and approve RAMS for other elements of the work.
• Maintain ITPs, NCRs, and records; ensure drawings, specs, and contract documents are up to date.
• Develop short-term look ahead programmes and chair subcontractor progress meetings.
