McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking an Engineer to join our team and drive success across high-value projects. You will manage site activities, ensure compliance with SHEQ policies, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver quality results.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, strong prior experience, and a valid driving licence. SMSTS training is desirable to support safe project delivery and efficient programme management.

Qualifications

• Degree, HND or equivalent required.
• Strong previous experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in setting out large scale contracts.
• Valid driving licence.
• SMSTS training.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities ensuring compliance with SHEQ policies.
• Induct site personnel and manage RAMS for works.
• Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors and labour on site.
• Produce and manage RAMS, ITPs and NCRs as required.
• Keep drawings, specs and programme up to date and communicate progress.
