Candidates should have proven contracts-management experience in construction, strong negotiation skills, and a detail-focused, organisational mindset. Roofing project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and liaise with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contracts process across construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review and negotiate contracts to maximise profitability while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and budgets with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure health and safety standards and that works meet specifications.
• Attend meetings with clients and main contractors as required.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance.
