• Understanding of quality control, safety protocols, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute roofing projects ( pitched and flat ).
• Collaborate with pre-construction, QS, Estimators, Finance and HR.
• Monitor budgets, allocate labour and resources, ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety culture across sites.
• Prepare progress reports and update senior management.
• Lead and develop project teams for efficient delivery.
