Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a Consents & Liaison Officer to manage stakeholder liaison across landowners, contractors and clients within our utilities and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will coordinate access, issue notices and secure consents to move projects forward.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs, excellent customer service, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage liaison activities with clients, landowners, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Arrange access to private land and serve notices.
• Obtain consents and evidencing land conditions before entry.
• Advise reinstatement of land and handle agricultural loss claims.
• Engage with landowners on site and project teams to project a professional image.
• Maintain up-to-date client updates and accurate billing records.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Provide constructive line management to direct reports and conduct progress reviews.
• Maintain knowledge through company training and development.
