Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a proactive Liaison Officer to coordinate land access and stakeholder engagement for utilities and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will act as the primary link between clients, landowners and agents, ensuring consents are secured and timelines met.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and a willingness to travel and work on-site at project locations across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in liaising with landowners, occupiers and agents.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of land referencing and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as main interface between client and landowners on a day-to-day basis.
• Secure consents and keep client updated on land matters.
• Coordinate site visits, notices, and meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder records and progress tracking.
• Support compensation claims and project delivery timelines.
• Work with project teams on site and contribute to effective communication.
