Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Consents & Liaison Officer to manage land access, notices and consents for major utility and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will work with clients, landowners and contractors, ensuring compliance and accurate records while delivering exceptional service.

Key requirements include a full UK driving licence, strong knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs.
• Excellent customer service capability.
• Proactive, commercially minded with good IT and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison with clients, contractors, landowners and occupiers to support project objectives.
• Arrange access to private land and serve notices as required.
• Obtain agreements/consents and evidence land condition before entry.
• Advise on reinstatement and manage agricultural loss claims where applicable.
• Maintain thorough records, provide progress updates and support billing and reporting.
