Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a Consents & Liaison Officer to coordinate liaison with clients, landowners and stakeholders, arrange access to land, serve notices and obtain consents. You will work with project teams on-site and support reinstatement and land management activities.

You will ensure accurate records, timely client updates and compliant processes while contributing to efficient project delivery and net-zero objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs.
• Understand and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Be commercially focused and keen to use innovation and technology to deliver efficiencies.
• Willingness to challenge the norm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and organised.

Aufgaben

• Manage liaison activities with clients, contractors, landowners, farmers, occupiers and other stakeholders in support of client objectives.
• Arrange access to private land.
• Serving notices.
• Obtain agreements/consents, evidencing condition of land before entry.
• Advise and agree reinstatement of land and deal with agricultural loss claims.
• Work closely with project teams, often operating from the project/client site.
• Maintain and improve record-keeping and provide regular client updates and billing accuracy.
