Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Consents Officer to lead land access and consent processes for major utilities and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will advise on legal requirements, coordinate with clients and landowners, and drive project milestones.

The role emphasises technical knowledge of land, agriculture, and planning, with opportunities to develop teams and ensure compliant, efficient delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture and rural affairs.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Willingness to challenge the norm and adopt innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Obtain specialist consents and provide technical advice to clients promptly.
• Advise on law and statute within project contexts.
• Manage stakeholder communications with clients, landowners, contractors, and others.
• Draft and issue consent orders and guide the consent process.
