Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking a Conflicts Advisor to join its General Counsel & Risk team. You will advise on complex legal and commercial conflicts across a global practice, working with partners and lawyers worldwide.

In this role, you will manage conflict checks, identify and resolve conflicts of interest, review opportunities, advise on information barriers, and contribute to the development of conflicts processes and technology.

Qualifications

• A law degree and/or LPC.
• Experience in conflicts, risk, or related areas within a law firm.
• Strong understanding of conflicts of interest and confidential information.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities with commercial awareness.
• Clear communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of US conflicts rules is advantageous but not essential.
