Job description

35 hours per week (full-time or part-time opportunities are available for the right candidates)

Are you an experienced team-player with a conference or hospitality background?

We are looking for staff who want to work for an exceptional award-winning organisation and who are aligned to our unique values.

You will be working as part of a team supporting the day-to-day delivery of all events, conferences and meeting services, including audio visual and catering.

Work will include:

  • set-up and organisation of event rooms and audio-visual equipment
  • set-up, collection, and clear-down of all food and refreshment services
  • clear-down, cleaning and re-setting of rooms
  • helping provide conference and associated services through the delivery of minimum quality standards, outstanding customer service and effective teamwork.

You will bring a strong commitment to our values, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.

Working hours are a mix of early shifts, from 7.00am to 2.30pm, late shifts, from 1.30pm/2.00pm to 9.00pm/10.00pm, and weekend working on a rota system. You will work up to five days out of seven. The pattern of shifts will vary according to the needs of the business.
