The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a proactive hospitality supervisor to lead a talented team in Cambourne. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, train staff, and upsell promotions while maintaining a professional, high-quality operation.

Located 7 miles from Cambridge, this 120-bedroom four-star property features The Bridge restaurant, Lounge bar, afternoon tea, spa facilities including gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and Elemis spa.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
• Drive revenue by upselling and promoting offerings, ensuring correct training.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Cambourne, 7 miles from Cambridge and is a 4*, 120-bedroom property.
