Havinga background in hospitality operations you will have a passion for theindustry and want to deliver our customers a memorable experience. Ideallyyou will have experience in a smaller 4* or 5* hotel or will have worked inan environment that has catered for high volume Events in a supervisorycapacity.
AsConference and Events Supervisor, you will be given responsibility forspecific events across the department. Your role will be to supervise the dayto day organisation of the department, organise and brief staff teamsinvolved with the food and beverage element of the days events and ensurethat the highest standards of service are delivered as part of the customer'sseamless journey through The Parkgate Hotel. You will need to be an excellentteam player, a motivator, have good communication skills, a passion fordelivering high levels of customer service, possess a professional attitudeand have high standards of presentation.
