Abbatt Group is recruiting an Assistant Concierge for a large, modern residential development in Wembley Park. You will be the friendly face welcoming residents and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations and a range of concierge duties.

Ideal candidates are friendly, professional and comfortable handling enquiries, with strong customer service mindset and teamwork. Training and development opportunities are offered as part of a career in residential property.

Qualifications

• Experience in front of house, reception, residential concierge, hotels, hospitality or customer service.
• Friendly, approachable and professional.
• Confident communicating with different people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors, manage reception.
• Handle enquiries, deliveries and access.
• Support resident requests and amenity bookings.
• Keep reception and communal areas tidy and welcoming.
• Liaise with contractors and property management team.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and basic admin.
