Job summary

Thomas Webb Recruitment is seeking a Concierge Receptionist – Assistant for a high-end residential development in SW3. You will manage the residence front entrance, delivering a welcoming, professional service to residents and guests, and support the Concierge Receptionists with a range of front-office and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of delivering high-end residential standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of current experience in a 5* hotel or high-end residential development as front of house.

Responsibilities

• Man the Residence front entrance and provide a welcoming and professional service to residents and guests.
• Assist the Concierge Receptionists with front-office, concierge and administrative duties.
• Maintain the high standards, procedures and policies of the development.
• Respond effectively to the ever-changing needs of residents.
• Provide a consistently professional and attentive level of customer service.
• Be multi-skilled and able to multitask, as required by the role.
