Job summary

Glasgow Marriott Hotel in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Concierge & Guest Experience Host to greet guests warmly and help create memorable stays. You’ll be the welcoming face and the last to bid guests farewell, offering personalised tips, bookings, transport, and celebration arrangements.

You will represent Glasgow’s hospitality with pride, working with Front Office and hotel teams to ensure a flawless journey. A passion for people and flexible weekend availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, Front Office, Reception or another customer-focused hospitality or tourism role.
• Strong knowledge of Glasgow and its surroundings or enthusiasm to become a local expert quickly.
• Warm, confident communication style with guests.
• Excellent organisation, calm and positive under pressure.
• Proactive approach to identifying and taking on tasks.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible across weekends and varying shift patterns.

  the lobby and Concierge area polished, organised and welcoming throughout
  the day.
• Work
  closely with Front Office and wider hotel teams to create a seamless guest
  journey from arrival through to departure.
• Use
  your initiative to resolve challenges quickly and positively, knowing when
  to take ownership and when to bring in the right colleague.
• Build
  strong relationships with guests and colleagues, creating memorable
  moments that go beyond expectations.
• Share
  your knowledge and experience with new team members and contribute to a
  positive, inclusive team culture.
• Represent
  the Glasgow Marriott Hotel with pride, professionalism and genuine
  Scottish hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:
