In this role you will help with visitor direction, monitor the Bistro area, handle resident requests, and complete administrative duties. The successful candidate will demonstrate caring, support, honesty, respect and accountability.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music and cleanliness.
• Handle resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
