Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a friendly Concierge for Hawthorns Northampton Care Home in Upton. You will create a positive first impression by answering calls, greeting visitors, and delivering high-quality service to residents.

Key duties include welcoming visitors, overseeing the Bistro area, handling resident requests, and completing administrative tasks while upholding Avery’s values of care and respect. DBS check will be paid by Avery and eligibility to work in the UK is required.

About The Role

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.

Other Responsibilities Will Include

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.

About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must

• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
