Zusammenfassung

Citizen Housing Group is seeking Concierge Officers to join our in-house Concierge Team in Coventry. You will help keep high-rise customers and buildings safe while delivering excellent customer-focused service.

The role offers training, work-life balance, and opportunities to develop; you will monitor CCTV, manage access control, respond to enquiries, and be a welcoming first point of contact for residents and visitors.

Qualifikationen

• Professional and positive customer service approach.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Full driving licence and ICT competence.

Aufgaben

• Proactive monitoring of CCTV and Access Control Systems to restrict access to authorised persons only.
• Conducting checks of sites to ensure they are safe and secure. Need to be fit and healthy to undertake the walking of multiple sites when on duty.
• Working with colleagues to manage a range of issues including evidencing and reporting of anti-social behaviour, hazards, building/fire safety matters and assisting with emergencies.
• Visible and accessible point of contact for enquiries.
• As a member of the Concierge Team you will often be the first point of contact where you will be able to assist, direct and find a solution to queries.
