Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a confident Neighbourhood Response Officer to support Coventry and surrounding areas. You will work hybrid, covering Coventry, and travel as needed while on-site daily.

You will inspect estates, engage residents, and implement improvements to maintain safe, attractive neighbourhoods. You will collaborate with safeguarding teams, social services and police to support wellbeing, manage tenancies, sign ups, welfare checks and address ASB.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working with communities.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external teams.
• Experience following policies, procedures and targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular estate inspections; report issues and implement improvements.
• Design and deliver neighbourhood projects with communities and stakeholders.
• Support residents to manage tenancies, including sign-ups, welfare checks and ASB investigations.
• Work with safeguarding teams, social services, mental health teams and police to support wellbeing.
