Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Concierge for Rose House, Hartlepool. This role supports young people, acts as the first point of contact, and helps develop life skills in a compassionate, community-focused team.

The position is 30 hours per week at £12.90 per hour, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and flexible, inclusive working practices. Applicants must have right to work in the UK and be prepared for DBS checks.

  • Build positive relationships and support customers to develop life skills
  • Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
  • Help organise and run occasional social activities
