Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Hunstanton, Norfolk invites applications for a customer-focused support role. You will be the first point of contact for queries, build positive relationships, and help customers develop life skills while responding calmly to emergencies and ensuring a safe, high-quality service.

The role requires experience with vulnerable groups, including those with mental-health needs or substance misuse.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly approach.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Operation: Sanctuary Supported Living

Location: Park Road, 14 Park Road, Hunstanton, Norfolk, PE36 5BP

Pay: £12.90 per hour

Job Segment: Counseling, Home Care, Healthcare, Customer Service

Your role
  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
