Concierge

What you'll be doing:

We are recruiting a dedicated Concierge to support the smooth operation of Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis. You will maintain high standards of quality work, with opportunities for career progression within a company that values individuality and rewards exceptional employees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and public areas
• Assisting housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with setup and furniture movement
• Handling reception duties such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations
• Responding to customer requests
• Running errands
• Ensuring customer safety with signage for wet floors or painting areas

Our ideal Concierge will:

• Be adaptable and embrace changing priorities
• Have excellent communication skills and build relationships easily
• Have experience in delivering high-quality customer care
• Take initiative and make customer-focused decisions
• Work effectively under pressure
• Be reliable with excellent timekeeping

More about the role:

Provide efficient support for concierge duties, maintain cleanliness, and deliver excellent service to clients and customers. Your shift pattern will be Monday to Friday.
