Our commitment: We are committed to reducing, preventing and ending homelessness. Our Homelessness Services work to break the cycle of homelessness through tailored support including Lifehouses, NAP pads, Housing First, practical support to rough sleepers, floating support and outreach services, and addiction services.

We are looking for a Relief Concierge (Days and Nights) to join our teams across London Lifehouses (Cambria Lifehouse - WC1N 1BJ, Founders House Lifehouse - E1 5NG, Southwark Young People Service - SE5 8DF, St Ann's - SW1 2DE, No.10 Day Centre - W1B 2LH, Malachi Place - IG1 1EQ).

We seek individuals who are PIE informed and highly motivated. You will work with The Programme Team to provide activities that empower individuals to move to independent living and support daily operations at the Centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide front of house services to clients, ensuring proper sign-in/out and handling queries professionally, referring to support staff as needed.
  • Manage front of house duties including communication via telephone and with visitors, recording messages, follow-up calls, updating logbooks, and preparing handover reports; handle internal and external post, maintain a clean environment.
  • Update data on internal systems, record entry and exit of residents, assist with data entry and statistical gathering for Housing Management, and process rent payments electronically.

The successful applicant:

  • Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a friendly, approachable manner, can prioritize tasks, manage changing workloads, and is proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Has experience respecting client privacy and confidentiality, aware of DPA requirements when handling client data.
  • Available to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
